Sucaro NY is a women owned business based coast to coast, New York to Oregon. Our Founder saw a need for a bag that could keep up with her and carry all the tools of modern life in a hands-free secure way. In 2012, Susan Bellinson, patented the Sucaro Freedom Sling. She was looking for an alternative to the modern handbag and messenger bag to fit her active lifestyle as a skier, hiker, mom, traveller, midwife, all around adventurer. She didn't want to worry about the location of her phone or if her passport was secure while traveling. This sparked an idea, which became the Sucaro Freedom Sling, a gender neutral, hands-free, water resistant, durable bag.
